  • DD/MI Adult Partial Care, you will work with dual diagnosed mental illness and developmental disability (DD/MI) in Camden County.
Partial care programs help improve the quality of life for adults living with a mental illness/developmental disability. We welcome new grads! Competencies:
The potential employee should have excellent interpersonal interactions and written communication skills and demonstrate competence with group work.
Responsibilities:
Provide continuous, line-of-sight supervision and behavioral support to ensure the safety and well-being of all members throughout the program day. Facilitates therapeutic and skill-building groups adapted for varying cognitive levels, focusing on social-emotional regulation and daily living skills. Maintains a clinical caseload and ensures documentation is completed timely for each individual. Develops and updates individualized treatment plans that integrate specific behavioral support strategies and psychiatric interventions. Acts as a liaison for group homes and residential providers to coordinate care, monitor medication adherence, and ensure behavioral interventions are consistent across all environments. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to provide a trauma-informed approach to crisis prevention and wellness.

Philosophy Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BA, BS, BSW) in the human services field such as psychology, counseling, social work, or education; Experience working with individuals with chronic mental illness and/or developmental disability preferred, but not required. Programs funded through SAMHSA must follow federal guidelines for a drug free workplace
