Job Description

Mindful Living Therapy and Counseling is seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) to join our growing private practice. This position includes clinical supervision toward LPC licensure provided by an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) within a supportive, growth-oriented environment. As a private practice, we are contracted with CSOC/PerformCare, providing clinicians with access to a consistent referral stream and opportunities to work with children, adolescents, and families in the community. This role is ideal for clinicians who are seeking both licensure hours and intentional mentorship in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive setting.
Duties:
Provide individual counseling services to children, adolescents, and/or adults in home, community, and/or telehealth settings Deliver services in alignment with CSOC/PerformCare (IIC) expectations, including strength-based and family-centered approaches Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, assessments) in accordance with agency and state requirements Participate in weekly clinical supervision toward LPC licensure Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other providers involved in client care Utilize trauma-informed and culturally responsive interventions in treatment Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with state regulations and the counseling profession Communicate effectively with supervisor regarding clinical concerns, case updates, and support needs Manage caseload and scheduling in a timely and organized manner Engage in ongoing professional development and openness to feedback.
