Child and Family Therapist (LPC , LCSW, LAC, LSW, LMFT, LAMFT)

Job Description:

We are currently hiring for child and family therapists preferably with background in art & play therapy. This position requires therapist to work at our Clifton NJ location a minimum of 2 days per week in person. Therapist chooses his/her own schedule, as long as they make themselves available a minimum of 2 days per week for in person sessions. Time To Heal Counseling is an outpatient psychotherapy practice in Clifton NJ. We provide individual, couples and family therapy. Our qualified therapists strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our clients to work on their goals. We use an evidenced-based and individualized treatment approach. Seeking NJ Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LAC, LPC, LSW , LCSW, LAMFT & LMFT ) to join our group practice. Requirements Provisional License Required , Independent License Preferred In person sessions with some options for telehealth service depending on client need Independent Contractor Position A minimum of a Master level degree in psychology, social work or mental health related fields At least one or more years of clinical experience Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a clinical team Bonus pay if certain case loads are carried between two consecutive pay periods. In house supervision paid for as long as minimum cases per week are met. Job Description Develop & utilize individual treatment plans to assess the effectiveness of treatment Provide individual, couples and/or family counseling services When necessary will provide case management functions related to providing referrals, career counseling, etc. Complete appropriate documentation within insurance mandated timeframes Keep accurate and timely records and data in accordance with agency policy standards Participate in planned group supervision and case consultation This Job Is Ideal for
