Supportive and collaborative clinical environment Opportunity to work alongside experienced behavioral health professionals Meaningful work serving children, adolescents, and families Flexible and community-based clinical experience Long-term growth opportunities within a developing organization Mission-driven leadership that values clinician wellness and sustainability Ideal opportunity for both experienced clinicians and newer professionals seeking mentorship and stability Responsibilities Provide weekly individual and/or family therapy services to assigned clients Conduct clinical assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment goals and interventions Support children, adolescents, and families in working toward emotional, behavioral, and mental health objectives Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to promote continuity of care and positive client outcomes Maintain professional communication with guardians, care managers, supervisors, and other providers involved in treatment Complete clinical documentation, treatment plans, and safety plans in a timely and professional manner Provide services based on the weekly hours authorized by the referring agency Attend required meetings, consultations, and treatment team discussions Maintain compliance with all continuing education and ethical standards established by the applicable New Jersey licensing board Qualifications Candidates must possess one of the following active New Jersey credentials in good standing:

LAC, LSW, LCSW, LPC.

Professional liability insurance. Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance. Ability to effectively use mobile devices, electronic medical records (EMR), and clinical software systems. Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication and organizational skills. Successful completion of a background check.
