It is currently a part time position with room to grow with the company. Essential Responsibilities Conducting individual sessions Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and risk screenings Develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual and family therapy sessions as indicated Document services in EHR within required timeframes Monitor client progress and update treatment goals Provide guidance to associate clinicians or interns if present Ensure services meet ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards Communicate clinical concerns to Clinical Director promptly Compliance & Documentation Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Ensure all services meet payer and state requirements Participate in chart reviews and audits Follow HIPAA and confidentiality policies Collaboration Coordinate care with referral sources and outside providers Attend supervision and clinical meetings Support program development and quality improvement initiatives Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Active NJ license in good standing: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent Experience facilitating therapy groups Knowledge of IOP or outpatient behavioral health services Strong clinical documentation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in intensive outpatient or partial care programs Crisis intervention experience Familiarity with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, MI, trauma-informed care) Supervision experience (if overseeing associates) Required Competencies Clinical decision-making ability Strong boundaries and ethical judgment Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently on site Work Schedule Must be physically present during scheduled program hours. Flexible scheduling may be available Supervision Structure Receives supervision from Lead clinician and Clinical Director May provide task oversight to associate clinicians or interns as assigned
