Job Overview We are seeking licensed master-level therapists, including Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Addiction Counselors (LAC), Licensed Social Workers (LSW), and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), to join our dynamic team. These professionals will deliver high-quality mental health and behavioral services, utilizing evidence-based practices across various settings such as outpatient clinics, inpatient facilities, and telehealth platforms. The role involves conducting assessments, providing individual and group therapy, and supporting children, adolescents, and families through comprehensive case management. Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to diagnose mental health conditions. Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on behavioral health, trauma recovery, grief counseling, addiction counseling, and psychodynamic therapy. Implement evidence-based treatment modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), applied behavior analysis (ABA), art therapy, dance therapy, and psychotherapeutic techniques tailored to client needs. Engage in crisis intervention and crisis management to ensure client safety during acute episodes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans that address developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), PTSD, chronic pain management, and gender issues counseling. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations while utilizing ICD coding for billing and case tracking purposes. Participate in clinical research initiatives and data collection efforts to enhance service quality and treatment outcomes. Provide direct support for clients in outpatient or inpatient settings while adhering to best practices in social work, patient care, and medical terminology. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology or related field from an accredited institution. Valid licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, LSW or BCBA in the respective state of practice. Proven experience working with children and adolescents in clinical or outpatient settings; hospital experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of psychotherapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, behavior management techniques, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Familiarity with
ICD-9/ICD-10
coding systems for diagnostic evaluation and billing purposes. Experience with telehealth platforms and delivering services remotely is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively across diverse populations. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical records management and patient confidentiality. Ability to handle crisis situations efficiently while demonstrating strong crisis intervention skills.
