Mental Health Professional, SINAI at TABC-Kadima ages 18-21
Job Description
SINAI Schools is seeking a school Mental Health Professional for young men with special needs, ranging from ages 18-21, for the SINAI campus at Torah Academy of Bergen County in Teaneck, NJ. The ideal candidate will be a licensed mental health professional, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience with young adults.
Responsibilities
Oversee the social and emotional development of students
Meet with students individually as well as in groups
Develop and implement student behavior plans
Collaborate with staff to identify social/emotional skills and strategies to be targeted throughout the day
Support and partner with parents in generalizing of plans and skills at home
Collaborate with physicians and mental health professionals working with students outside of school
Qualifications
Active license to provide services in NJ required
Teaching experience, preferably within a special education setting
The expected salary range is between $65,000 - $90,000.
