Job Description
Job Summary We are a growing mental health practice committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals, couples, and families throughout New Jersey. Our team values collaboration, professional growth, flexibility, and high-quality client care. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) to join our expanding clinical team. Duties Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions Complete intake assessments and treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with supervisors and multidisciplinary providers Deliver ethical, culturally competent, client-centered care Participate in supervision and team meetings Qualifications Active New Jersey Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) license Master's degree in Counseling or related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience with children, adolescents, adults, or families preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Join us in empowering individuals through compassionate mental health care!
