(CAABT) is seeking compassionate and dedicated Per-Diem IIC In-Home Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to join our growing team. We offer in-home and community-based therapeutic services to children, youth, and families throughout Essex and Passaic Counties in New Jersey. Job Summary We are seeking a licensed IIC Clinician - Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Perform intake assessments Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children Create individualized treatment plans for each client Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan Develop and implement treatment plans, maintain communication with the Care Management Organization (CMO), and provide timely follow-up reports to ensure coordinated care. Qualifications Valid New Jersey license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT required). Minimum 1 year of experience working with children/youth with behavioral, emotional, or developmental disabilities. Valid NJ Driver's License. Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
Must pass a successful fingerprint-based background check through New Jersey State and Federal systems (IdentoGO). Cyber entry and documentation skills required.
Fee-for-Service Pay:
