Role:
CHE Behavioral is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a LPC with CHE, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality behavioral health services to older adults in long-term care and rehabilitation centers. Our team is committed to increasing access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group therapy sessions to older adults in a compassionate and effective manner Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop appropriate interventions Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in the field
