you bring the clinical skill, we handle the rest. The Role We're looking for a licensed therapist who wants to do good clinical work in a well-supported, professionally run environment. This is a flexible position structured around a caseload that works for your schedule. What We Offer $85 to $95 per session Private, fully equipped office space Full administrative and scheduling support Caseload built to match your availability and preferences Weekly case consultation Flexible hours, Monday through Friday (weekends only if preferred Professional development support What We're Looking For Active New Jersey licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field Experience providing individual, family, or couples therapy Comfort working across adult, child, and family presentations is a strong plus Solid documentation practices and commitment to ethical, confidential care Day-to-Day Expectations Carry between 10 and 25 clients per week depending on your preference Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans Provide in-person psychotherapy across presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, and related issues Keep timely, accurate records in compliance with legal and ethical standards Engage in ongoing professional development Why It Works You won't be chasing insurance claims, fielding intake calls, or managing your own scheduling. We handle the operational side so your time in the office is clinical time.
