Location:
New Mexico Hiring through Precision Recruiting Agency About the Role A growing behavioral health facility is seeking an Overnight Admissions Clinician to support patient admissions and assessments during the overnight shift. This role is responsible for ensuring patients receive the most appropriate level of care while coordinating closely with physicians, clinical staff, referral sources, and families. Key Responsibilities Complete intake assessments, clinical screenings, and insurance verifications. Facilitate admissions and assist with prior authorizations. Determine appropriate levels of care based on clinical assessments. Communicate effectively with patients, families, referral sources, and treatment teams. Collaborate with medical and psychiatric staff to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation throughout the admissions process. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (RN candidates may also be considered). Active professional licensure required. CPR certification required (training available if needed). Minimum of 1 year of experience in mental health, behavioral health, or substance use disorder treatment preferred. Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and effectively during overnight hours.
Schedule Full-time Overnight Shift:
