Licensed Mental Health Counselor

We are seeking a LMCH to provide mental health services and support individuals receiving care within a clinical setting. This role includes assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and coordination of care to support patient stability and recovery.

Schedule:

Wednesday-Saturday, 8:00 AM-6:00

Job Duties:

Provide counseling, assessments, and individualized treatment planning Deliver crisis intervention and monitor patient progress with timely documentation Collaborate with care teams to coordinate services Support coping skills, emotional regulation, and recovery Assist with discharge planning and community referrals Maintain professional, compassionate care and follow all policies and regulations

Requirements:

LMCH license required Minimum 2 years of experience Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders Supervisory experience preferred (clinicians, counselors, or interns) Strong time management and ability to work independently Ability to manage crisis situations and de-escalate effectively Positive, non-judgmental approach to patient care Team player and self-starter Must pass criminal background check and drug screen EEO/AAP Statement We acknowledge and honor the fundamental value and dignity of all individuals.
