Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and motivated Licensed therapist/intern. Our ideal candidate will have experience in a high level of care and a passion for working with adolescents suffering from serious mental illness. Duties Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments Develop and spearhead efforts related to treatment plans Provide oversight related to active treatment efforts Provide regular 1-on-1 therapy for the adolescents Provide regular family therapy for the residents Run groups Provide crisis intervention to residents in acute distress. Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care. Educate residents and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of resident progress and treatment plans in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in treatment team meetings to discuss resident progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and sterile processing standards within the clinical environment.
Qualifications:
Active License (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or Interns (CPC-I or MFT-I)) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care.
