The group offers medication management, counseling services and holistic practices. clients include children, adolescents and adults thru teleheath and office visits.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a patient case load for behavioral management Provide evaluations, counseling, supportive care and therapy Review and reassess treatment plans and progress Provide education to patients and families Demonstrate quality in documentation Participate actively in team and program meetings
Requirements:
Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week
