Description Endeavor Health Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Counselor to join our dynamic team. This position will be based at our clinic located at 5360 Genesee in Bowmansville. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours), Monday - Friday with 2 evenings a week required (one until 7:30pm, one until 6:30pm).

The ideal candidate will:

manage a caseload, with individual, family and group counseling responsible for treatment planning and session notes meet productivity standards work as part of an integrated team manage and run groups Qualifications Must possess a Master's Degree from a recognized college or university in a mental health or social work related field and be eligible for license within 18 months of hire (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC-P, etc.) One year of direct service, post-graduate, experience preferred, but not require Demonstrates a knowledge base upon which they can provide direct clinical service and advisement

Compensation & Benefits:

$55,267.65 - 68,776/year depending on education, experience, and credentials.
