Greystone Programs, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Behavior Specialist to join our behavior supports team. In this role, you'll design and implement individualized behavior support plans that help the people we support thrive, while mentoring and training the direct support staff who work alongside them every day. We're seeking Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling + 1 year of supervised experience in a residential/community setting with individuals with I/DD; OR Bachelor's Degree + 4 years of related behavioral management experience with individuals with I/DD Working knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and best practices in the I/DD field Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office an Electronic Health Record systems Valid driver's license Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
