Administrative Support:

All administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and client intake will be handled by the practice's administrative team, allowing you to focus entirely on providing care. •

Advertising:

The practice will provide marketing and advertising support to attract new clients. •

Malpractice Insurance:

You will be covered by professional malpractice insurance, which will be provided at no cost to you. •

EMR Scheduling:

Access to a comprehensive Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for managing client records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. •

Supervision:

You will have access to both group and individual supervision with a licensed clinician. This is important for continued guidance and support in your work. • Bonuses avaiable after meeting certain amount of clients per week

Responsibilities:

Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients using evidence-based practices Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions Stay up to date on current research and best practices in the field of mental health counseling

Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling Mental Health Therapist Pre-Licensed or Licensed ✔ mental health counselor with master's degree ready to obtain hours for licensure (eligible for licensure in NYS) ✔ Experience with DSM-5 diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis intervention ✔ Strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and ethical decision-making ✔ Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining professionalism and boundaries ✔ A passion for mental health, personal growth, and helping others succeed ✨ Experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care ✨Motivated to help others and grow as a therapist ✨ A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
