Job Description
OPL Clinician About Us KidsPeace is a private charity dedicated to supporting the behavioral and mental health needs of children, families, and communities. Since 1882, we have offered psychiatric hospital services, residential treatment programs, accredited educational services, and foster care programs. Our team works in an environment defined by compassion, creativity, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering hope and healing. Position Overview Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure coordinated, community'based care and continuity of services. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with regulatory, ethical, and agency standards. Engage families and caregivers as active partners in treatment planning, goal development, and therapeutic interventions. Support the development of emotional regulation, healthy relationships, and functional skills for children and youth with existing diagnoses. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and interdisciplinary coordination to enhance service quality and outcomes.
