Compensation includes competitive FFS rates, paid attendance at a 60-minute clinical staff meeting, and paid supervision with an LCSW The position requires a license in a related field ( LMSW, LMHC-LP, LMHC, LCSW)
Essential Position Functions:
Employed and compensated by The Bridge for up to 14 hours per week, which includes time allocated for client sessions, team meetings, required trainings, and individual supervision. Provide client sessions (in person at the MHOTRS or remotely) totaling 14 hours per week, including time for weekly team meetings, required training, and individual supervision. Conduct screenings and assessments using validated tools to identify depression, trauma, substance use, and risks/needs associated with criminal behavior. Develop recovery-oriented treatment plans and reviews in collaboration with clients, collateral contacts, and consented stakeholders (e.g., significant others, criminal justice personnel, primary care providers, care coordinators, and schools). Coordinate care with Bridge psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, administrative staff, and residential staff involved in the client's services. Utilize evidence-based, sequential screening to assess risk of violence, and apply appropriate risk management protocols to effectively serve high-risk clients. Document all treatment contacts using collaborative documentation practices. Apply best and evidence-based treatment approaches consistent with The Bridge's organizational culture, including integration of health and mental health services, rehabilitation and recovery models, and trauma-informed care.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
LMSW, LMHC-LP, LCSW, or LMHC required. At least 2 years of experience providing direct services to individuals with serious mental illness, co-occurring substance use disorders, and comorbid medical conditions in a community-based setting, with demonstrated knowledge and experience in assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and person-centered care. High degree of computer literacy, including proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR). Demonstrated expertise in recovery-oriented, evidence-based practices. Experience working with diverse adult populations receiving mental health treatment, including individuals with serious mental illness, functional impairments, and complex psychosocial needs (e.g., homelessness, justice involvement, poverty, unemployment).
