  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) - Full or Part-Time
  • Join CHE Behavioral, a multispecialty group of licensed professionals dedicated to increasing access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions since 1994.
  • We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team of healthcare professionals in Far Rockaway, New York. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of older adults in a long-term care and rehabilitation center setting.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients and their families
  • Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions and progress
  • Stay up-to-date with current best practices and evidence-based treatments in mental health counseling
