Compensation:
$408 - $432/weekly
Behavior Specialist Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct behavioral support to students individually and in small groups Conduct behavioral assessments and assist in developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support teams to implement behavior strategies Model and coach staff on behavior management techniques Collect and analyze behavior data to monitor student progress Participate in student support and intervention meetings Contribute to maintaining a safe, structured, and inclusive school environment
Behavior Specialist Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field (Master's preferred) Must be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW).
