About Us We are a nonprofit outpatient mental health practice dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our community. Our team includes therapists, interns, billing and support staff, and we pride ourselves on collaboration, client-centered care, and a supportive work environment. We have three locations and have openings for Therapists at all three sites: Archbold, Bryan, and Wauseon. Position Summary We are seeking licensed or license-eligible therapists to provide individual, family, couples and group therapy to clients in a structured, professional outpatient setting. This role is suitable for all statuses--employee or contract--who are committed to high-quality clinical care, strong documentation, and client engagement . Key Responsibilities Provide evidence-based mental health therapy to clients, including individual, family, couples, and group sessions Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards Participate in treatment planning, progress notes, and case review Collaborate with colleagues, interns, and support staff to ensure continuity of care Conduct initial assessments and intake evaluations for new clients and maintain caseload efficiently. Maintain professional boundaries and ensure client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) Attend team meetings, supervision sessions, and required training Support organizational initiatives, quality improvement, and client satisfaction Qualifications Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Active state license or license-eligible to practice independently or with a co-signer (LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LMFT, IMFT, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, etc.) Experience with outpatient therapy preferred Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to manage caseloads, maintain documentation, and meet deadlines Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred Commitment to ethical practice and professional standards Flexibility to work varied schedules, including remote/hybrid arrangements and evenings if needed.
