POSITION DETAILS

Part-Time Pay:

$37.00 - $47.00 per hour

Location:

Ashland, Ohio, on-site; 10-20 hours a week Schedule is flexible, however Thursday afternoons/evenings are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy Conduct diagnostic intakes upon admission Complete discharge summaries upon program completion Maintain clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes

EDUCATION

Master's degree in a mental health-related field Clinical licensure required (LPC, LSW, or equivalent Ohio licensure)

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years of direct psychotherapy experience in a mental health setting Experience working with adolescents and/or young adults preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong understanding of clinical practice and mental health treatment approaches Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic interventions and modalities Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Deliver individual, group, and family counseling sessions. Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to support clients experiencing acute mental health episodes. Maintain detailed medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring confidentiality of patient information. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management plans, patient care coordination, and clinical research initiatives to optimize treatment outcomes.
