Counselor I (LSW, LPC, MFT, LCDC II/III) - Outpatient Behavioral Health $50,000-$65,000 + Bonuses & Benefits A nonprofit behavioral health organization in Northwest Ohio is seeking a Counselor I to join its outpatient team. This is a great opportunity for a licensed clinician who enjoys helping individuals struggling with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders while working in a supportive, collaborative environment. The Counselor I will maintain a caseload and provide individual, group, and family counseling services. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, coordinating referrals, facilitating recovery-focused care, and maintaining timely clinical documentation. Providers work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure clients receive comprehensive, coordinated treatment.
