Join RFS Behavioral Health , the leading school-based behavioral health provider in Northwest Ohio, serving Bucyrus-area schools . Position Overview QMHS Case Managers provide school-based mental health services to youth, with community-based services during summer months. Responsibilities Include Providing individual and group mental health services Building positive relationships with students, families, and school staff Facilitating developmentally appropriate group activities Maintaining confidentiality and professional standards Adhering to agency, CARF, and regulatory requirements Qualifications High school diploma/GED required Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field OR 3+ years of relevant behavioral health experience Experience working with youth (up to age 18) preferred Benefits Competitive pay with annual salary growth Flexible schedules Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with up to 4% company match Paid time off & Employee Assistance Program Free continuing education credits Schedule Monday-Friday | 8-hour shifts | No weekends
