Full Time Mental Health Counselor for Private Practice 431 Ohio Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45255 $40
  • $60 an hour

  • Full-time We are looking for a dynamic individual with an Ohio LPC, LPCC, (no LSW at this time we don't have supervisors) license to join our team of contracted therapists in our private practice for full-time work in both our Cherry Grove and Norwood Offices.
Contractors are required to work 18+ and w2 therapists would be required to average 26-33 client hours per week. UR is required for w2. Pay is based on experience and needs for credentialing and supervision. Most contract positions are 60%; if LPC is just licensed, pay is 55%. We have some independent therapists working at 65% and 70%. Specifically looking for eating disorders specialty, Christian counseling and family therapist, child play therapists and family counseling Integrative Counseling Solutions is a private counseling agency for families, couples, individuals, and children IN PERSON and occasional Telehealth appointments. Responsibilities Provides empathetic support to clients. Use of expressive therapies a plus. Use of tactile, visual, or auditory approaches a plus. Collaborate with care coordinators, PCP's, psychiatrists, school administrators, and other professionals involved with treatment of the client. Keeping records and using reporting tools. (Therapy Notes) Develops and maintains treatment plans and services for better management of care. Diagnoses and treatment of mental and emotional disorders according to DSM-5 Develops release plans, transitions to other service providers and termination letters. Participate and run group therapy for children and or adults. Monitors, evaluates and documents progress for client and families. Ohio Scales, Mental Health Status Report, Suicide scales. Work well with team approach Be willing to use telehealth system for HIPPA Compliant Chat if requested. Required Education The counselor will have a current
LPC, LPCC
license issued by the state of Ohio with a minimum of Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or similar art.
