This role is essential in providing high-quality mental health services to individuals and families who have experienced trauma. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to fostering a supportive environment for clients. Duties include but not limited to: Provide mental health services including diagnostic assessments, individual behavioral health therapy, group behavioral health therapy, and telehealth therapy Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs Provide information and referrals as needed Maintain full case load and company electronic health records while adhering to HIPAA regulations regarding client confidentiality Maintain current licensure in the state of Ohio Implement crisis intervention strategies and manage crisis situations effectively Regularly attend scheduled staff meetings, group and individual supervision Represent speaking engagements, education and training programs Able to promote discussions regarding supportive, collaborative, healthy relationships Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused therapy
