Flexible (Part-time; hours coordinated with academic program) About Solace at Vivian's Solace at Vivian's is a behavioral health and wellness practice committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care to individuals and families. We serve a diverse community and focus on improving mental health outcomes through evidence-based practices and holistic support. Position Overview We are seeking motivated and compassionate student interns currently pursuing a degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (LPC/LPCC track) . This internship is designed to provide hands-on clinical and administrative experience in a community-based behavioral health setting. Responsibilities Assist with client intake processes and documentation Observe and support individual and/or group therapy sessions (as permitted) Participate in case discussions and team meetings Help maintain accurate and timely clinical records Provide support with community outreach and resource coordination Perform administrative tasks as needed to support clinical staff Learning Objectives Gain exposure to real-world clinical environments Develop foundational counseling and case management skills Understand ethical and legal standards in behavioral health Build professional communication and documentation competencies Qualifications Currently enrolled in an accredited BSW, MSW, or Counseling program (LPC/LPCC track) Must be eligible to receive academic credit (if required by your program) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Reliable, organized, and eager to learn Requirements Background check (if applicable per program or site policy) Proof of enrollment in academic program Malpractice insurance (if required by your school) Compensation This is an paid internship intended for educational and professional development purposes.
