Be a Beacon of Hope Cornerstone of Hope, Ohio's leading provider of grief and bereavement support for children, teens, and adults, is seeking independently licensed therapists (LPCC or LISW) to join our PRN clinical team. This role is ideal for clinicians who feel called to grief work and are looking for meaningful, mission-driven clinical hours outside of daytime schedules. Clinical Director Position Summary The PRN Licensed Therapist provides grief- and trauma-informed individual counseling services that are eligible for insurance reimbursement and facilitates therapeutic group sessions as needed. This position is responsible for conducting client intakes and assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation, and completing discharge summaries in accordance with agency policies, payer requirements, and professional standards. The PRN Licensed Therapist collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality client care, provides crisis intervention and appropriate referrals when necessary, and adheres to all ethical, confidentiality, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
