Mental Health Counselor/Therapist Marietta - LPC, LSW, LPCC, LISW

Make a Real-World Impact—Every Day Oriana House, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Counselor/Therapist to serve clients in outpatient programs and our halfway house setting in the Marietta region. This role is ideal for clinicians passionate about guiding people toward lasting recovery, with preferred experience working with juveniles (not required).

What You'll Do:

Complete diagnostic evaluations using

DSM-5 TR/ICD-10

; apply ASAM criteria where applicable Collaborate with clients to build strengths-based, culturally responsive treatment plans Provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based modalities (CBT, MI, etc.) Coordinate care with community providers, specialty courts, and referral sources Document services accurately and in a timely manner Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or higher in a behavioral health field Active Ohio LPC, LSW, LPCC, or LISW in good standing

Preferred:

Experience working with juveniles Commitment to trauma-responsive, person-centered care Why Oriana House?
