We are seeking a licensed clinician to provide mental health and substance use disorder treatment in our outpatient programs (PHP, IOP, Day Treatment). Responsibilities Complete diagnostic assessments and admissions Diagnose SUD and co-occurring disorders within scope Develop and review treatment plans Provide individual and group counseling Facilitate PHP/IOP/Day Treatment groups Support case management and community referrals Conduct home visits when needed De-escalate patient concerns and maintain professional boundaries Complete timely, compliant documentation in the EHR Requirements Active Ohio LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC (required) Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) Experience in substance use and mental health treatment Knowledge of withdrawal stages and crisis intervention Strong understanding of confidentiality, patient rights, and professional ethics Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Schedule may include community settings and after school program times.
