Pediatric Associates, Inc. is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) to join our growing integrated care team serving children, adolescents, and families throughout Central Ohio. As the largest independent pediatric medical group in the region—with 23 pediatricians, 2 nurse practitioners, 6 behavioral health clinicians, and 5 locations—we are committed to providing whole-child care that seamlessly integrates physical and behavioral health services. Clinicians with strong experience working with children and adolescents will receive training in integrated care, including behavioral management of common pediatric concerns such as sleep, toileting, and medical treatment adherence. Expand Your Professional Influence Behavioral Health Clinicians are encouraged to contribute beyond direct patient care through: Staff education and training Program development initiatives Participation in and leadership of company-wide committees Position Requirements Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy Independent Ohio licensure (LISW, LPCC, or IMFT) Minimum of 2 years of behavioral health treatment experience with children and adolescents Training in evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Interest and/or experience providing short-term, goal-directed therapy Ability to document within a shared electronic health record and communicate effectively in a fast-paced primary care environment Genuine passion for helping children achieve their goals, improve overall health, and build healthy lifestyles Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient behavioral health consultation and therapy services through an internal physician referral process Treat behavioral health concerns including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, sleep concerns, toileting issues, trauma, adjustment difficulties, parenting concerns, and related behavioral health needs Conduct ADHD screenings Complete timely documentation and physician communication within the shared electronic medical record Provide educational support to providers, staff, families, and community partners as needed Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary care team Join a Team That Believes in Whole-Child Care If you're looking for a role where you can make a meaningful difference, collaborate with a highly supportive medical team, and enjoy an exceptional work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.
