Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (LBHP) — Build Your Private Practice. We'll Handle the Rest. Run Your Own Practice. Without Running a Business. You went into behavioral health to do the work — not to chase claims, hunt for referrals, negotiate office leases, or stay up at night learning billing software. Now we're inviting passionate, entrepreneurial LBHPs to join us on a fee-for-service model that gives you the freedom of private practice — without the financial risk, capital outlay, or administrative drag. The Deal You see clients. We do everything else. In exchange, you accept a 55% fee-for-service split — a modest tradeoff for walking into a fully built practice on day one instead of spending two years (and tens of thousands of dollars) building one yourself. Substance abuse counseling experience is a plus, not a requirement. Who We're Looking For Active Oklahoma LBHP license (required) Private practice experience preferred — or the drive to build one without doing it alone Marketing and customer service mindset — you understand that your reputation is your practice Team player — we're a clinical community, not a coworking space Group facilitation experience preferred The Structure This is a W-2 fee-for-service position — not a 1099 contractor role.
