Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Completes intakes, develops treatment plans, determines clinical diagnoses, and refers clients to appropriate internal or external resources Prepares, plans, facilitates, and implements direct care of consumers through psychoeducational groups, support groups, and/or individual cognitive-behavioral therapy. Attends treatment team meetings and shares relevant information about the consumer's well-being for supervision purposes. Offers crisis support and collaborates with relevant third parties when necessary. All documentation is completed promptly and efficiently. Facilitates the integration of contributions from all team members into the overall treatment plan. Provides support with creating and carrying out program goals and objectives. Upholds strict confidentiality standards. Demonstrates core competencies in the treatment of co-occurring disorders by engaging in ongoing professional development and consistently integrating advanced skills into all areas of practice. Builds and sustains strong working relationships and strategic partnerships with consumers, colleagues, the community, and other non-profit organizations. Demonstrates the ability to make decisions autonomously. Demonstrates strong ability to collaborate within a team setting. Ensures supervision is obtained as necessary to protect consumer safety and maintain compliance with established policies and procedures. Promotes collaborative work and actively contributes to the agency's culture and organizational objectives. Ensures adherence to regulations established by state agencies, as well as requirements set forth by all funding and contractual sources. Performs other duties as assignedQualifications:
Master's degree Licensed or eligible to go under supervision in the state of Oklahoma as one of the following Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Excellent written and verbal communication Works effectively in a team environment Proficient in use of technology to perform dutiesSchedule:
