We provide compassionate trauma-informed care to individuals whose lives have been impacted by mental health and substance use disorders. We do this by providing compassionate and evidence-based treatment, aimed at improving the quality of life for those we serve. We are currently seeking a Therapeutic Counselor for the Community Support Program. This role focuses on providing individual, family, and group counseling, assessments, crisis intervention, and linkage to community resources for adults and youth. About the Position As a Therapeutic Counselor in the Community Support Program, you will provide counseling and therapeutic interventions to help clients overcome barriers and achieve their goals. This includes conducting clinical assessments, treatment planning, and crisis intervention, as well as assisting clients in accessing community resources and benefits. You will deliver trauma-informed and culturally competent care in a welcoming, recovery-focused environment while collaborating with team members and community partners to support clients' needs. About Community Support The Community Support Program is designed to meet the unique needs of individuals and families by offering comprehensive, client-centered care. Our goal is to provide compassionate support and effective solutions to improve clients' quality of life. Requirements Current license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LADC) in Oklahoma or a master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field with eligibility for licensure supervision. Experience in clinical assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention. Skills Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills. Ability to provide individual, family, and group therapy. Experience working in a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented environment. Additional Requirements May require First Aid, CPR, and Therapeutic Options certifications. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and provide on-call support as needed. Willingness to provide services in community settings and transport clients as necessary.
