License, under candidacy letter, or be under supervision at this time. Must have OHCA Provider Number (can be found on OHCAprovider.com/enrollment) . Please no CM at this time, thank you. LBHP include LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or

LADC. NO LMSW.

(May require you to obtain your own clients-but we can help you as well)

Responsibilities:

MUST BE DETAIL oriented Must have good work ethic and turn in paperwork/notes on time. Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues Offer assistance to individuals with mental health issues Provide prevention-oriented therapy Implement and review treatment plans Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner All notes turned in on time to ensure you get paid.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree AND license or board approved letter for supervision Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields (internship counts) Familiarity with community mental health resources Excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability to build rapport with clients Strong leadership qualities A diverse heart/openness to other cultures and traditions Do not need to speak another language, but it is preferred Regular full time Status includes (30+ hours a week for LBHP) clinician gets perks (after 3 months of full-time status): Health insurance, business cards, Gym membership, supervision with GCC supervisor (LPC Candidates only), CE units taught by GCC (board approved), Monthly staff meetings/growing opportunities, Company email and google meet to do telehealth services if needed (Job is not only telehealth), speaking opportunities to grow your passion.
