Job Description

Our brand new inpatient dual-diagnosis detox and residential treatment center, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Therapist to join our high-psychiatric unit clinical team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in an inpatient, detox, or residential behavioral health setting and a strong understanding of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
Schedules Available:
Tuesday-Saturday and Sunday-Thursday Oklahoma-licensed or license-eligible candidates— LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LADC/MH —are required. Key Responsibilities Provide individual counseling utilizing evidence-based interventions designed for patients in detox and residential levels of care. Facilitate clinical groups , including process groups, psychoeducation, relapse prevention, and mental health-focused programming. Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments , detox-level risk assessments, and contribute to ASAM-aligned treatment planning. Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation , including progress notes, treatment plans, crisis notes, and discharge summaries. Communicate with families through regular family calls and provide education, support, and updates as appropriate. Participate actively in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings , collaborating with nursing, case management, BHTs, and medical/psychiatric staff. Assist with treatment planning and step-down recommendations , ensuring seamless transition from detox to residential and beyond. Support crisis intervention, safety planning, and de-escalation aligned with detox and residential acuity. Uphold all state and regulatory compliance standards, including ODMHSAS, Joint Commission, and documentation protocols. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field required .
LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT
required in OK. Experience working in detox, residential, or inpatient behavioral health required. Primary mental health experience Experience treating dual-diagnosis populations , including co-occurring SUD and mental health disorders. Strong clinical skills in individual therapy, group facilitation, crisis intervention, and biopsychosocial assessment. Ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced treatment environment. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
