Two Sparrows Counseling is a growing group therapy practice based in Beaverton, OR. As a new group practice that has grown out of a successful solo practice, this is a chance to get in on the ground floor and grow with the practice. Qualifications Current licensure in Oregon as a LMFT, LPC, LCSW or be a Licensed Registered Associate in the state of Oregon Interest in maintaining a caseload of 25+ clients per week is preferred Maintain active malpractice/liability insurance Ability to work with a team of other mental health professionals A desire to grow your own caseload Requires ability to manage your own caseload and stay up to date on documentation using our EMR Ability to provide both in person and telehealth appointments Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients Benefits Competitive Pay, $60-$70 hour W-2 position Retirement after 6 months Create your ideal schedule Continuing education stipend Flexibility for both in person and telehealth appointments Paid time off Flexibility in population of caseload Collaboration with other mental health therapists Administrative Support As the practice grows, additional benefits will be offered.
