About Us Connected Space Counseling is a collaborative and client-centered practice dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services. Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate clinical documentation, practice in alignment with Oregon standards, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality care. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients in a supportive and team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to inform diagnosis and treatment planning Provide ongoing therapy to support clients across diverse ages and backgrounds Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans tailored to client needs and therapeutic goals Complete timely and accurate progress notes and clinical documentation that meet professional standards Assess risk and create safety plans as needed to ensure client safety and stability Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities Collaborate with outside providers, as needed, to support holistic client care Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Current Oregon license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or registered associate actively working toward licensure) Experience providing therapy for diverse populations and presenting concerns Strong organizational skills and time management skills Commitment to ethical practice and cultural humility Benefits Competitive pay structure (percentage-based or salary options available) Health, dental and vision insurance Paid training and professional development opportunities Supervision provided or reimbursed at 100% (for Associates) Flexible scheduling with hybrid in-office and telehealth options Generous allotment of PTO Company matching retirement plan contributions
