This role provides assessment, therapy, crisis intervention, and case management services for individuals experiencing mental health and co-occurring substance use challenges. Responsibilities Complete mental health assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations Provide individual, family, and group therapy Deliver crisis intervention and short-term counseling Conduct patient triage and high-risk case reviews Coordinate care with multidisciplinary treatment teams Provide case management and community referrals Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in treatment planning and team meetings Assist with program development and quality initiatives Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation Requirements Master's Degree Oregon LPC, LMFT, or LCSW licensure Experience providing mental health assessment and therapy services Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria Experience with co-occurring disorders preferred CADC I preferred Strong assessment, communication, and crisis intervention skills Compensation & Benefits Salary up to $100,000 annually for
