This is not traditional clinic-based care. This is high-impact, community-integrated treatment for individuals who often cannot access services outside their living environment. About the
Program:
ECOS & ECS
Our Stronger Residential Services Program provides services under Enhanced Care Outreach Services (ECOS) and Enhanced Care Services (ECS)—a specialized Medicaid benefit that exists outside of the traditional CCO model!

This allows providers to: Deliver care directly in residential placements Work with high-acuity populations without traditional outpatient barriers Focus on clinical need—not network restrictions Who You'll Serve (Check your biases & assumptions) You will work with individuals experiencing Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI), including: PTSD Major Depressive Disorder Bipolar Disorder Psychotic Disorders Many individuals also present with: Substance use disorders Co-occurring medical and social needs Histories of hospitalization or failed placements These are individuals whose basic needs—housing, food, safety—are being met, yet they often lack access to meaningful mental health treatment in the community.

Your work bridges that gap—treating the underlying diagnoses that drive instability, suffering, and repeated system involvement. What You'll Do Provide a full spectrum of outpatient services within residential settings: Individual Therapy Family Therapy Group Therapy Case Management Clinical Consultation with residential staff This is true interdisciplinary care, integrated into the environments where clients live. Why This Role Matters This is one of the highest-impact roles in outpatient mental health today.
You will:
Help individuals stabilize and remain in the least restrictive setting Reduce hospitalizations and system cycling Treat conditions that have often gone unaddressed for years Work with clients who are finally in a position to engage in real treatment This is not volume-based therapy. This is life-changing, system-disrupting work. Training & Support We don't expect you to walk in knowing this model—we train you fully. Structured onboarding + program immersion Shadowing across multiple placements Hands-on training until full autonomy Ongoing consultation and clinical support You'll develop expertise in high-acuity, real-world behavioral health care that few clinicians ever gain. The Future of the Model (2026 Expansion) We are building toward a fully integrated care team, including: Peer Support Specialists Skills Trainers Prescribers (psychiatric providers) This evolution will create a wraparound, team-based model—bringing even greater support and outcomes to clients. Work Structure & Flexibility Full-Time = 35 hours/week (benefits eligible) Flexible scheduling based on placements Balanced caseloads reflective of acuity Compensation OptionsLicensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) can choose: Option 1 : Hourly ($60) + Bonus ($60) (Stability Focused) $60 an hour : $50 an hour base rate Plus Residential Program Differential (ECOS/ECS) of $10. Earn an additional +$10/hour for all hours worked within our Stronger Residential Services Program (ECOS/ECS placements) making it . Extra $60 bonuses per 60 minute billable service beyond 23 per week. (i.e. the 24th 60-minute billable service rendered in a week earns you an extra $60 bonus) Pay period income estimations: $4,560 before deductions (26 earned billable service hours a week amounting to 6 bonuses). $4,920 before deductions (29 earned billable service hours a week amounting to 12 bonuses). $4,200 before deductions (23 earned billable service hours a week amounting to 0 bonuses).
Annual income estimations:
$118,560 before deductions (Average of 26 earned billable service hours a week). $127,920 before deductions (Average of 29 earned billable service hours a week). $109,200 before deductions (Average of 23, or less, earned billable service hours a week). Includes health/dental/vision (no monthly premium), 401k Matching, 80 PTO hours (tier every year), 40 sick hours (tier every year), 10 paid holidays. Option 2: Commission Model (Higher Earnings Potential) $40 an hour ($2,800 per pay period before taxes and deductions) with the potential to earn an extra commission ($0 to $6,000 per pay period). If 60% of the total earned billable services calculated for a pay period (2 weeks) exceed base pay, the excess beyond the base pay amount will be earned as a commission! Pay-period income estimates for transparency (and if you're into math): The minimum per pay period (2 weeks) is 70 hours multiplied by $40 hourly wage creating a total of $2,800 before taxes and deductions. Total commissions that surpass this base amount will be added on to your earnings.
Example:
An OHP insurance reimbursement for an individual 60 minute therapy session in this setting is $230.85. Multiplying it by 60% equals $138.51 ($230.85 × .60). Below is a pay period calculation estimation assuming this is the only service and insurance you treat.

(Assuming 26 earned billable service hours per week) $8033.58 before deductions (Assuming 29 earned billable service hours per week) $2,800.00 before deductions (Assuming 10, or less, earned billable service hours per week) This can sometimes be your first few weeks as your caseload builds.
