Job Description

Potential Inc. At Potential Inc., we are dedicated to helping children and adolescents with Autism build meaningful skills and reach their fullest potential. As we continue to expand access to high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, our Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBS) play a vital role in overseeing case management, guiding clinicians, and ensuring effective, evidence-based treatment across clinic, home, school, and community environments throughout Lower Bucks County. This full-time position offers structured daytime hours with flexibility for two evening shifts per week, competitive salaried pay, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference for clients ages 2-18.
Location:
Primarily Warminster and surrounding community locations, with travel throughout
Lower Bucks County Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM + two evening shifts as needed
Compensation:
Salaries starting at $60,000 , with additional pay based on experience What You'll Do Develop and oversee individualized treatment programs, including behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition plans Conduct assessments such as functional analyses and other behavioral or skill-based evaluations Observe clients and staff across a variety of settings, including clinic, school, home, and community locations Participate in ongoing professional development and training activities Conduct new client intakes and create responsive treatment recommendations Collaborate with families, doctors, schools, insurance companies, and other service providers Support and guide clinicians delivering one-on-one ABA services to ensure consistency and quality Maintain a compassionate, ethical approach that aligns with Potential Inc.'s mission and values Who You Are Passionate about supporting children and adolescents with Autism and helping them develop meaningful skills Dedicated, compassionate, and able to thrive independently or in a collaborative team environment Skilled at communicating with families, clinicians, and community partners Highly organized, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality ABA services Motivated to contribute to a mission-driven nonprofit focused on client progress and personal growth Qualifications Active Behavior Specialist License (LBS) Passion for working with clients ages 2-18 across clinic, school, community, and home settings Availability Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM , with flexibility for two evening shifts each week Ability to commute primarily to Warminster and throughout Lower Bucks County, including Newtown High level of integrity, clinical professionalism, and dedication to evidence-based practice What We Offer Salaried pay—consistent income Paid time off and holidays Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans Supplementary insurance plans including life insurance, short- and long-term disability, AFLAC, and pet insurance Support with continuing education, including tuition discounts and potential eligibility for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Mental health support via our employee assistance program and medical plan 403(b) retirement plan ZayZoon early wage access & FinFit financial wellness tools A supportive, tight-knit team committed to growth and shared purpose Our Mission Potential Inc. is a nonprofit organization made up of a dedicated, tight-knit team driven by the belief that every individual with Autism has the potential to learn, grow, and live a fulfilling life.
