Reed Street Office, South Philadelphia, PA Salary:
$50,000 annually + $5 incentive per Evidence-Based Treatment session Join Our Team! Bethanna is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Outpatient Therapist to provide individual and family therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting youth and utilizing evidence-based practices to help clients achieve positive outcomes. Responsibilities Provide individual and family therapy services Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Monitor client progress and update treatment goals Collaborate with families, schools, and community providers Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field Clinical practicum and internship experience with children and adolescents Experience providing clinical services to children and adolescents preferred Experience with Evidence-Based Practices (PCIT, TF-CBT, ESFT, etc.) preferred Pennsylvania licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist) preferred but not required

PM Friday:
9:00 AM - 5:00
