POSITION PURPOSE
Our Outpatient Intake Therapist will complete assessments for those seeking service.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Complete Intake Assessments Complete biopsychosocial assessments to determine client's strengths, needs, and diagnosis Complete documentation within the electronic health record in congruence with organizational policies and regulatory requirements to ensure quality indicators and productivity requirements are met Engage with the clients' natural supports to strategize methods of supporting client goal progress and wellbeing and collaborate with members of the treatment team, community members, and third-party providers Attend and participate in clinical, administrative, and community partner meetings
MINIMUM QUALILFICATIONS
Master's in Human Services and 1 year of care delivery experience. Graduate degree from a college or university that is accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) in a generally recognized clinical discipline in which the degree program includes a clinical practicum Pre-Employment Drug Screen Act 33

  • FBI Fingerprint Criminal Background Check
