Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is seeking a Master's Level Family Counselor (FBMHP) to join our Family Based Mental Health program. This is an opportunity for a mission-driven clinician who wants to provide intensive, community-based therapy to children, adolescents, and families with complex needs. Our program uses the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) model, and we provide comprehensive employer-paid training leading to certification so you can build advanced clinical skills while making a lasting difference in the lives of families. Why This Role Matters As a Family Based Mental Health Professional , you will support families who are at risk of disruption and help create stability, connection, and lasting change. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about: Keeping families together Preventing out-of-home placement of children and adolescents Providing intensive family therapy in the home, school, and community Helping caregivers build stronger relationships and effective behavioral strategies Working from a systemic, strengths-based, and trauma-informed perspective What You'll Do As a Family Counselor , you will: Provide therapeutic interventions, crisis response, and case management to help families navigate mental health challenges Work closely with parents and caregivers to strengthen family relationships and develop effective behavioral strategies for their children Deliver community-based family therapy in a variety of settings, including home, school, and community locations Partner with a Bachelor's-level Mental Health Worker to provide services to up to 8 families at a time Participate in weekly supervision , including group and team supervision , for clinical support and growth Receive on-call crisis consultation and participate in a rotating on-call schedule when needed Why Work with PCS?
