PRN/Flexible Hours | Minimum of One Weekend Day Required Summary Are you a compassionate, driven professional looking for a flexible opportunity to make a meaningful impact? Join our inpatient team in York, PA, and help individuals on their journey to recovery in a supportive, collaborative environment. As a PRN Substance Use Disorder Counselor, you will primarily facilitate substance use disorder and mental health groups for adult clients in our inpatient program. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy group work and are seeking a flexible schedule. Please note that this position is focused on group facilitation and does not include an individual counseling caseload. Responsibilities Facilitate engaging and clinically effective substance use disorder and mental health group sessions. Foster a safe, supportive, and therapeutic group environment. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to support client progress. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record. Maintain compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards. Respond appropriately to client needs and crisis situations as they arise. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Master's Degree in a related field (Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, etc.) with licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or certification (CAADC), or eligibility to obtain. Bachelor's Degree in a related field with CADC, or eligibility to obtain. Associate's Degree in a related field with CAAC, or eligibility to obtain. High School Diploma with CAAC. Why Join Us?
