We focus on anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment disorder, and other related concerns. Our goal is to make high-quality mental health care more accessible while giving clinicians the flexibility and support they need to do their best work! Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and compassionate independently Licensed Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our mental health team in McAllen, Texas. We are seeking to fill full-time and part-time 1099 positions. This position is eligible for hybrid remote work, but candidates must be located in the Rio Grande Valley area. Duties Provide in-person or virtual psychotherapy, to children, teens, and/or adults Conduct intakes, therapy sessions, and ongoing treatment planning Collaborate with our Clinical Director as needed for complex or crisis cases Use accurate CPT/ICD‑10 codes and always protect client privacy under HIPAA. Complete documentation efficiently You'll manage your caseload your way Preferences Active independent license in Texas (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) Financial incentives for bringing an active caseload Experience treating children, teens, adults Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based treatment Experience with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and related conditions Enjoys autonomy and working in a supportive environment Spanish bilingual is a plus How We Support You We'll arrange and pay for credentialing We'll provide steady client referrals Flexibility to design a schedule that supports your well‑being Administrative support so you can focus on client care LPC-Supervisor on staff with over 25 years of clinical experience Free legal training included A dedicated private office is available for full-time clinicians maintaining 30+ scheduled sessions weekly.
