Job Description

Job Summary:
Burlington Counseling Center, LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Clinician to join our growing private mental health practice. The ideal candidate is an associate level therapist who is committed to working with children and adolescents, providing high-quality, client-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role offers the flexibility to work from home via telehealth and conduct in-person sessions at our welcoming office space.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, and/or family therapy to a diverse client population. Maintain a consistent caseload of around 20 clients per week (as agreed upon). Complete clinical documentation, including intake assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans, in a timely manner. Participate in weekly supervision, and occasional team meetings. Collaborate with other providers as needed to ensure coordinated care. Maintain ethical and legal standards in compliance with state licensing board requirements and HIPAA.
Qualifications:
Required Licensure:
LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A
(licensed in CT). Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Strong clinical skills and a willingness to work with diverse populations. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently. Interest in working within a private practice setting and contributing to a team culture. Open to working in both of our locations (Burlington and Harwinton) a plus. Schedule requirements are a minimum of 2-3 days of after-school/evening hours and 1 weekend half day. 1+ year post grad experience a plus and in-home or crisis experience a plus.
