Work hours: Full time (36 hours) Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday 7PM- 7AM or Wednesday 12PM
- 12AM, Thursday/Friday 10AM
- 10PM Department highlights: No on-call or after hour duties required Collaborative team approach Remote work option provided based on shift assignment Qualifications
- External Here's What You Need Education Master's Degree in a Mental health related field is required Experience 2 years related experience is required Experience working in a Behavioral Health Hospital preferred Experience with Behavioral Health Intake/Assessments preferred Cadence scheduling experience is preferred Licenses and Certifications LPC
- Licensed Professional Counselor is required upon hire or LPC-A
- Licensed Professional Counselor Associate upon hire or LMFT
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is required upon hire or LMSW
- Licensed Master Social Worker upon hire or LCSW
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker is required upon hire and CPI
- Crisis Prevention Intervention Training is required upon hire What You Will Do Completes preadmission screening and referral services for behavioral health patients including psychiatric and chemically dependent patients in various locations and means including virtual, Behavioral Health Facilities, outpatient clinics locations, facility units, outpatient surgical facilities and emergency departments Obtains detailed history and documents using guided data collection forms.
